Once you receive your quote, take your time reviewing it. If you choose to move forward, simply approve the estimate and we’ll move to scheduling.

We’ll schedule your project start date, provide a projected timeline, and send over a contract outlining all agreed-upon details.

Step 5: Deposit

At this stage, we require a deposit, which is standard in the contracting industry. We contractors typically request 30% of the total project cost, depending on project size and materials. This secures your spot on our schedule and allows us to order materials and allocate our specialized professionals.

Step 6: Project Execution

Our team gets to work. You’ll receive clear communication throughout the project, and each trade is handled by a dedicated professional.

Step 7: Final Walkthrough & Completion

Once the project is complete, we’ll walk through everything with you to ensure satisfaction. Our job isn’t done until you’re confident in the results.
