Step 2: On-Site Consultation & Quote

A specialist will meet with you to assess your project, discuss your goals, and answer any questions. We’ll then provide a detailed quote outlining the scope of work and pricing.

Step 3: Review & Approval

Once you receive your quote, take your time reviewing it. If you choose to move forward, simply approve the estimate and we’ll move to scheduling.

Step 1: Contact or Book an Appointment

Phase 2

Step 4: Scheduling & Contract

We’ll schedule your project start date, provide a projected timeline, and send over a contract outlining all agreed-upon details.

Step 5: Deposit

At this stage, we require a deposit, which is standard in the contracting industry. We typically request 30% of the total project cost, depending on project size and materials. This secures your spot on our schedule and allows us to order materials and allocate our specialized professionals.

Step 6: Project Execution

Our team gets to work. You’ll receive clear communication throughout the project, and each trade is handled by a dedicated professional.

Step 7: Final Walkthrough & Completion

Once the project is complete, we’ll walk through everything with you to ensure satisfaction. Our job isn’t done until you’re confident in the results.
